Realizing that not everyone can afford the services of an attorney, our firm offers document preparation services at a flat fee.  This includes, but is not limited to; drafting complaints, answers, motions, and demand letters.

In addition to preparing documents, The Morton Law Offices, PLLC, will also review previously prepared documents for a flat fee.  This includes, but is not limited to; separation agreements, consent agreements, complaints and answers. 

Attorney Morton is a Certified Parenting Coordinator.  She offers her PC services to families located in Wake, Durham, and Franklin Counties.
